- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be returned within 5-7 days of delivery date
Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom embroidered or personalized items (due to their bespoke nature)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 5-7 day window

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund including original shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. For size or color changes, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
