At Humanist, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.

Products purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Refunds

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
