Shipping Policy – Humanist Store

Thank you for shopping with Humanist Store. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our Shopify store.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak periods, campaigns, or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer.

If there is any unusual delay, you will be informed through email or phone.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our courier partners.
Orders from non-serviceable locations will be cancelled and refunded.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or operational constraints.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight/value.

  • Any free-shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will be clearly displayed on the store.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.


6. Courier Partners

We ship through reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and other regional courier services depending on serviceability.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.


8. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Humanist Store is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Refuse delivery if possible, or

  • Record an unboxing video and take clear photos

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery


10. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability or warehouse location. Separate tracking details will be shared where applicable.
